To utilize the application, the agency must ensure that their CAD notifications are directed to a designated email address reserved for Incident Responder's use. For assistance with this setup or to acquire login credentials for a test account and further explore the app's functionality, contacting the developer is recommended.

Upon the dispatch of a new incident through CAD, it will promptly appear within the app, enabling first responders to indicate their response status (En Route, Available, Unavailable), response time, and assigned station. This feature facilitates quick visibility for other responders regarding who is attending to an incident and their expected arrival time.

The application is available for use at no cost and is predominantly intended for agencies situated in Mendocino County, California, at present. For inquiries regarding usage outside of this region (restricted to within the USA currently), it is advised to reach out to the developer directly. User accounts are exclusively established by an administrator within each agency. Within a specific agency, access to incident lists, responder details, and response updates pertaining to each incident is restricted solely to other agency members; visibility into data from other agencies is not permitted.
